The main advantage of the internet is that no one really owns it i.e. it has no centralized governance. It is an independent platform for every individual to participate. The main set line definition of an internet is that it is a network of networks like a spider web. This internet use to serve a millions and billions of users globally worldwide. Consisting of connecting number of private, public, governmental, business purpose etc. it has an infrastructure to support email sending and receiving and having a hypertext linking with it i.e. the World Wide Web (WWW).
